Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. The success of our business is based on our ability to maintain your trust and the trust of our other users. Because we collect certain types of information about the users of our Site and the programs, software and other services offered thereon (the “Services”), we feel you should fully understand the conditions of our online collection, use and disclosure of your information and how you can correct or make changes to such information.

For purposes of this Privacy Statement, the terms “we” “us” and “our” refer to BilBeo. “You” refers to you, as a user of this Site and the Services. Please note that this Privacy Policy solely applies to information we collect on or through the Site and does not apply to information we may have collected through other means. By using this Site and the Services, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy as described herein. If you do not consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy you do not have the right to access or use this Site and the Services offered thereon. With respect to Personal Information about individuals located in European Union (EU) countries, Iceland, Lichtenstein and Norway (the “European Economic Area”), BilBeo shall make all reasonable efforts to comply with the safe harbor privacy principles set forth in the July 2000 agreement between the EU and the United States Department of Commerce (the “Safe Harbor Program”). For more information about the Safe Harbor Program, please go to BilBeo abides by the Safe Harbor Program’s data privacy principles with respect to transfers of Personal Information between the United States and member states of the European Economic Area. The privacy principles in this Privacy Policy are based on the Safe Harbor Program’s Principles.



1. Collection of Personal Information

When you register to use our Site and the Services offered by BilBeo, you may be asked to provide certain Personal Information about yourself solely for the purposes described in this Section II,, such as (i) your sure-name and personal name,  mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, the company you work for, and your title, (ii) a username and password that will be associated with your User Account (as defined below), and (iii) for on-line purchases, your billing and shipping information, and your credit card information (collectively, “Personal Information”). We only collect Personal Information that is voluntarily provided to us by our users. However, if you opt not to provide us with certain Personal Information, you may be unable to participate in certain promotions, receive Services information, obtain Services offered by BilBeo or buy products offered directly or indirectly through the Site.


2. Methods of Collections and Use

We may collect and use your Personal Information in any one or more of the following ways:


(a) Registration for a User Account

you shall be required registering as a user in order to obtain the Services provided in the Site

In order to obtain the Services provided in the Site you shall be required to create an account with our Site (“User Account”). During registration, you may be required to provide your full name and e-mail address, and in order to access or receive the Services, you may also be required to provide your telephone number, mailing address, company, title, and/or certain technical information regarding the computer or device used to access the Site and Services available through the Site. You may also be required to provide a username and password (or we may provide you with a password), which will be used to log-in to your User Account.

It is important that you protect and maintain the security of your User Account and that you immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your User Account. If you forget your password, you may not be able to access certain features or functionality of the Site and Services, including but not limited to the ability to manage your User Account. The Personal Information we collect when you register for a User Account may be used by BilBeo as follows: (i) for our internal tracking or research purposes, (ii) with respect to order placement and shipping (including, without limitation, to provide you with automated order status updates via e-mail), (iii) for information correction purposes, (iv) for our internal records, (v) in order to contact you to respond to your questions or requests or to provide you with technical support, (vi) to provide you with information regarding changes to the Site which may affect your User Account, your use of the Site, and the Services available through the Site, and (vii) to inform you of any product or promotional offers either we may have.


(b) Orders

If you subscribe to use the Services or place any orders for products or services available through the Site, during the subscription/ordering process you will be required to provide financial information, such as your credit card number and expiration date. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill your subscription/order.

If we have trouble processing an order, we will use your Personal Information to get in touch with you. To properly process your credit card information, we must share your personal and financial information with the merchant bank and any clearing body for authorization and approval.


(c) Cookies

We may use a technology referred to as “cookies” (or other similar technology now existing or hereafter developed), which are pieces of data on your computer tied to information about you. We will not share your Personal Information with third parties other than as provided in this Privacy Policy. We may share your Personal Information with third parties solely in one or more of the following ways:


(a) Third Party Service Providers

We may contract with third party companies to perform the services on our behalf. These services may include, but are not limited to, order fulfillment, package delivery, marketing assistance, postal and e-mail delivery, hosting services, customer service, data analysis, and credit processing. The third parties we contract with for the provision of these services will be permitted to obtain only such Personal Information as they require delivering the services. Further, such third parties are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information disclosed to them consistent with this Privacy Policy, and are prohibited from using Personal Information disclosed for any purpose other than as required for their provision of the applicable services to BilBeo.

For any avoidance of doubt, BilBeo shall make all reasonable efforts to make sure that any third party providing services to BilBeo a adhere to the Safe Harbor Program.


(b) Special Events

If you elect to participate in any promotions, surveys, questionnaires or other events during your visit to our Site and use of our Services, the rules or terms and conditions for those events may indicate that your Personal Information will be shared with third parties. By choosing to participate and submitting your Personal Information with respect to such events, you consent to disclosure of your Personal Information to such third parties. BilBeo is not responsible for and disclaims all liability for any use of the information you choose to provide to such third parties.


(c) Safety, Security and Compliance with Law

We may disclose any information, including Personal Information, we deem necessary, in our sole discretion, to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, to enforce our rights or to protect the safety and security of our Site, our Services or other users. We may also exchange information, including Personal Information, with other companies and organizations for credit fraud protection and risk reduction.


(d) Business Transitions

In the event BilBeo undergoes a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company (a “Successor Organization”), or sale of all or a portion of its assets, we may transfer your Personal Information to a Successor Organization. In such event, BilBeo will attempt to notify you via e-mail and will post a notice on the Site before your Personal Information is transferred to a Successor Organization. If the Successor Organization intends to use or disclose your Personal Information collected by BilBeo in a manner materially inconsistent with this Privacy Policy, your Personal Information will not be transferred to such Successor Organization unless you have first agreed to such alternative use and/or disclosure (e.g. by accepting the terms of the Successor Organization’s privacy policy).


4. Users from outside the state of Israel

BilBeo and its Services are based in the state of Israel, and our offices are headquartered in Israel. Please be aware that information you provide to us or we obtain as a result of your use of the Services may be processed and transferred to Israel and be subject to the Israeli law. This information may also be processed by staff working for us or for one of our suppliers in Israel.  The privacy and data protection laws in Israel may not be equivalent to such laws in your country of residence. By using our website, participating in any of the Services, or by providing us with your information, you consent to this collection, transfer, storage, and processing of information to and in the state of Israel. BilBeo will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely in accordance with this privacy policy.


5. Third-Party Advertisers

Some advertisements on the Site are served by third-party advertising companies. Please note that our advertisers may also use cookies and/or web beacons to collect aggregate and non identifying information about our users. We do not have control over third-party advertisers’ technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement, you should contact the responsible advertiser directly.



From time to time you may be able to participate in certain activities on the Site, such as uploading or downloading Bilbeo files to publicly available folders on the Site, as well as posting reviews, and user opinions, and participating in user forms, chat rooms and/or bulletin boards which give you the opportunity to communicate or share information not just with BilBeo but with other users of the Site (altogether, “Public Communications Features”). Be aware that when you volunteer information or create a public profile in the course of your participation in our Public Communications Features, you are also agreeing to allow certain aspects of your Personal Information to be made public. This includes your username and any Personal Information or images that you add to your signature, or that you include in any upload or posting by you when using such Public Communications Features. You acknowledge and agree that BilBeo does not review, censor, or in any manner control the content of these Public Communications Features. Consequently, BilBeo has no liability or responsibility for information made available through these Public Communications Features and you will be liable to BilBeo for any liability that we incur as a result of any information submitted by you in or through the Public Communications Features.



We also collect aggregate, non-personally identifiable information about you and your use of the Site and the Services that is transferred to us by your browser and/or by cookies when you access our Site and/or our Services, and you may also be asked to provide non-personally identifiable information while using certain features or functionality available on the Site, such as your zip code and information about Site usage preferences (collectively, “Non-Personal Information”). BilBeo implements reasonable security measures to protect the security of your Personal Information both online and offline.

When our registration and order forms ask you to submit credit card and billing information, that information is encrypted during transmission using secure-socket-layer (“SSL”) technology.

Our corporate values, ethical standards, policies and practices are committed to the protection of customer information. In general, our business practices limit employee access to confidential information to those employees we reasonably believe need such information do their jobs.

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Section VII, while we take reasonable precautions against possible security breaches of the Site and our customer databases and records, no website or Internet transmission is completely secure. Consequently, BilBeo cannot and does not guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other breaches will never occur. If you do not want to receive special offers, marketing communications, newsletters or other promotional communications (“Marketing Communications”) from BilBeo, you may opt-out of future Marketing Communications by following the steps described in each such Marketing Communication, and/or you may send an e-mail to with a request to cease receipt of such Marketing Communications. Please note that once we receive your request, it make take an additional period of time for such opt-out to become effective. Also note that if you opt-out of our Marketing Communications we may still email or communicate with you from time to time if we need to provide you with information or request information from you with respect to a transaction initiated by you, a product or service you have purchased or are participating in or for other legitimate non-marketing reasons.



We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy at any time. In the event we decide to make material changes to our Privacy Policy, we will attempt to notify you and other users of the Site by sending a notice to the primary e-mail address provided to us and/or by placing a notice on our Site. Any questions or concerns regarding the use or disclosure of Personal Information should be directed to our General Counsel in the Legal Department at BilBeo will investigate and attempt to resolve complaints regarding use and disclosure of Personal Information in accordance with the principles contained in this Privacy Policy. For complaints that cannot be resolved between you and BilBeo, BilBeo has agreed to participate in the dispute resolution procedures of the panel established by the European data protection authorities to resolve disputes pursuant to the Safe Harbor Program’s Principles.
